Accommodation
Our core concept is seamlessly blending our accommodations with the natural surroundings. We achieve this by integrating locally grown Japanese Cedar (Cryptomeria)—a tree introduced to the Azorean islands over 200 years ago—alongside other native materials like volcanic stone (basalto). This commitment to local authenticity extends to the interiors, which feature unique furniture crafted from our forest materials and beautiful blankets hand-woven by local artisans with special needs. The overall design follows a minimalistic Scandinavian style, prioritizing simplicity and functional living. Neutral palettes and large south-facing windows create a strong connection to the outdoors, offering a perfect place to sleep, to breathe, to relax, and to fully unwind and reconnect.
Each accommodation is thoughtfully equipped, featuring flexible double or twin beds to suit your preference, a bathroom with organic amenities, and practical comforts including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and cable television. To best suit your needs, our houses and studios feature a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, while our Forest Rooms are equipped with a convenient minibar.
